Shipping

We ship to addresses within Australia and Internationally.

We endeavour to fulfil and post your order within 7 business days. This does not include shipping time. If you require your order sooner, please get in contact with us at [email protected]. We will assist you as best we can.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking and shipping information will be sent to your elected email address. It is important to monitor both your inbox and junk mail when awaiting these emails.

We only ship items on business days (Monday to Friday). This excludes public holidays.

Any free shipping promotion includes Standard Shipping. If Express Shipping is required, select the express shipping option on the checkout.

Shipping can take anywhere between 2-14 days depending on your location and the type of shipping selected. During high volume periods or unexpected delays (e.g. Christmas, Weather Events etc,) please allow for delays. For remote locations, please add an extra 5-10 days to the expected delivery time.

PLEASE NOTE:

The Silk Studio is not liable for product damage or loss during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with our courier. Please save all packaging material, including the box, bubble wrap etc. and the damaged goods. You may be required to show proof of packaging and damage.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an “incorrect address” or “return to sender”, we will contact you to arrangement re-shipment of your item at your own cost.

Returns

Please choose your pieces carefully as we are unable to offer returns or exchanges due to change of mind.

We endeavour to uphold the highest quality possible, however in the instance that you receive a faulty item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the original packaging. The item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that it was issued out in by our team. Sale items are final and are unable to be returned.
*Faulty items include broken heads & stained petals. Dusty flowers do not constitute a faulty item.

All returns must be approved by the team at The Silk Studio.

The Silk Studio will not be responsible for shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item of value, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The Silk Studio will not be responsible for any lost items upon return transit, nor will we guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
