How does the FREE SHIPPING promo work?

To be eligible for our promotion of FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for orders $300+, you must spend $300 on products. This excludes shipping and GST fees. If there is an additional promotion running, for example 20% off store wide, a total of $300 must be spent after the discount to be eligible for FREE STANDARD SHIPPING.

Who can apply for a wholesale/trade account?

Wholesale accounts are available for florists, photographers, bakers, event stylists, interior designers etc.

Do you have a minimum quantity for orders?

No! There is no minimum quantity or minimum spend requirement.

I need more pieces of a certain product - am I able to place an order for a higher quantity?

If our stock is low online, please get in contact with us on [email protected] to discuss your order requirements. We may be able to advise on our next stock update or specifically order in what you’re after.

I'm after some custom coloured flowers - is this possible?

Anything is possible! Get in touch with us via email ([email protected]) to discuss your style requirements. If time permits, we will we able to custom make a colour for you. We usually need a minimum of 3 months notice for a custom colour order.

Do you post Australia wide?

Yes! We post Australia wide.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we post internationally! You are able to use the checkout to place international orders.

Do you ship preserved/dried items internationally?

At this stage, our dried collection is only available within Australia.

Are the flowers the exact same colour I see on my screen?

As the flowers are made in batches, colour variations may occur. These variations are minor. Colour may also vary due to screen resolution and brightness.

How are the flowers packaged and posted?

Our flowers are posted world wide. They will arrive to you in a box via your selected shipping method. Sometimes the stems of the flowers are bent to fit into the box. They are not damaged and can be bent back into a straight stem. This is done to minimise the shipping costs for our customers.

How do I clean dusty flowers?

As we are operating out of a warehouse and some of our items are on display, a bit of dust is inevitable. To clean the dust off, simply use the cold function on a hairdryer to blow any loose dust off and use your hands to gently wipe off any dust. Do not use any liquid or heat to care for the flowers as this can cause damage or discolour the petals.

Can I visit the warehouse outside of operating hours?

We understand that our operating hours do not work for everyone. If this is the case, and you wish to visit outside of the allocated hours, this is possible! Just send us a message or email with your preferred time and date and we will get back to you to confirm or discuss another time that suits us both!

Who can visit the warehouse?

All customers, retail and wholesale are welcome to visit our warehouse!
